The one day intensive training and certification events, Lashologist Boot Camps 2011 has been announced and participants can choose one day on either the east or west coasts. The event will take place in West Palm Beach FL, August 7 and 8 and on the west coast in Orange County August 28 and 29.

We’re here to help support your professional development by working toward a skill set and level of your choice in a safe, secure, and supported manner. This includes the exams and study guides that lead you towards earning a Certified Lashologist credential.
So, it is indeed a great pleasure to invite you to the launch of Lashologist Council of America Lashologist BOTT CAMP”. This hands-on full day intensive training event will be held on the East Coast August 7 and 8 (first come first serve) at Anushka Salon and Spa in Palm Beach County, FL, and on the West Coast August 28 and 29 in Orange County, CA.
Those successfully completing the event will be awarded a Certified Lashologist credential that day and will be entitled to use that title in their work.
The event will start with classroom and theory, study guide review, and include a LOT of hands on training. Also included is a package of specially discounted training tools and materials. Participants, most important, will learn hands on to perform and understand a variety of procedures including:

The credential for Certified Lashologist will help professionalize the Lashologist workforce by: 1) providing consumers with a reliable way to assess the knowledge of those they hire; 2) giving agencies and employers a customer-centered assessment tool; 3) establishing a national standard for policy makers; and 4) allowing workers in this field to demonstrate their professionalism and skill.
Credentialed candidates must meet eligibility requirements to sit for the exam, and must have completed training or possess significant on-the-job experience. Credentialed Certified Lashologist demonstrate that they possess the skills and knowledge needed to provide quality care and supports to the people they serve.
The Lashologist Council of America governs the Certified Lashologist credential , and is a group of employers, consumers and workers committed to a professional Lashologist workforce.
